Russ Cook completes epic odyssey after running the entire length of Africa in just under a year

After a year-long journey, an endurance athlete known as the ‘Hardest Geezer’ completed his mission to run the entire length of Africa. The UK runner faced numerous challenges, including injury, illness, logistical issues, and getting lost in the jungle. He reached the Tunisian coast with dozens of fans joining him for the final leg. Throughout his run, the athlete raised over $965,000 for various charities and gained a significant social media following. In the future, he plans to take on more challenges, but running the length of a continent will be hard to beat.
